Work is continuing on the Cumbernauld Community Memorial Peace Garden site with local groups coming together to progress the project. Adam Smith, Vice-Chair of Cumbernauld Environmental Society, said “Our thanks to Cumbernauld Army Cadet Force, Cumbernauld Royal Air Force Air Cadets, and Cumbernauld Rotary Club for all their hard work so far. There is already a massive difference to the Peace Garden site and we look forward to improving the area further over the coming months”.
